For those of you who aren't big into the MMO (massively multiplayer online) scene. What Barker is talking about is someone who hires a group of people, usually from Asia, and then has them work on a game and sell the money, or gear for real world money. Known as real money trade, or RMT for short.
For gamers, RMT is a big issue when dealing with an MMO... However, I don't know of anything better that Barker would enjoy doing... Taking money from people, and ripping of others.
